This page explains how Ivan Vatolik, who runs the bAIomech project, handles personal data on this website.

What data we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address and role, and optionally your sport, organisation and message. We also receive whether you asked to be notified at launch and which language version of the site you used. We also receive whether you asked for a free first analysis.
Why we use it
We use this data only to answer your enquiry and, if you ticked the box, to tell you when bAIomech launches. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us.
Children under 14
Under Spanish law, people under 14 need a parent’s or guardian’s consent before we can process their data. Children under 14 should not use the contact form themselves; a parent, guardian or their club can contact us for them. If we find out we received a child’s data without that consent, we delete it.
Service providers
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms (web3forms.com). The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which also provides our visitor statistics without cookies. These providers may process data outside the European Union.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries as long as we need them to answer you, and launch-notification requests until we have sent the launch announcement or you ask us to delete them.
Videos for the free first analysis
If you take up the free first analysis, we email you a link to upload your video. We use the video only to prepare your analysis. We delete it 90 days after we send you the analysis, or earlier if you ask us.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies. Fonts are served from our own domain, so no data is sent to font providers.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer your data, and you can object to its processing. Write to info@baiomech.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority; in Spain this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
